The service

Luseri is a dashboard for Shopify app developers. With your consent and without changing anything, it reads your Shopify Partner account, your App Store listing and, if you connect it, Google Analytics. It then shows your numbers in one place, with advice to grow your app. The dashboard is in French.

Luseri is meant for professionals: you use it for your work as an app developer or publisher. It is an independent service, not affiliated with Shopify Inc.

Your account

You need a valid email address and a password of your own. Keep that password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. Only connect apps and accounts you are allowed to access.

Price

Luseri is free for now. If it becomes paid, you will be told by email at least 30 days before, and nothing will be charged without your consent.

What you agree not to do

• Try to get into someone else's account or read their data.
• Disrupt the service, for example by flooding it with requests.
• Resell access to the service or its data without written agreement.
• Send personal data you do not need to the tracking, such as the name, email or address of store customers.

Your data

Your data stays yours. Luseri uses it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy explains. For data about the stores using your app, Luseri acts on your behalf and on your instructions, which are these terms. If you need one, a written data processing agreement can be signed: write to contact@luseri.com.

Availability and liability

Luseri does its best to keep the service running and the numbers right. It depends on Shopify, the App Store and Google, though: a delay or a mistake on their side can show up in your numbers. The service may also stop for a few moments during an update.

The advice shown is a lead to follow, and the decision is yours. Luseri is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue. These limits do not apply in case of gross or intentional misconduct.

Stopping

You can delete your account at any time in the settings: everything is erased at once. Luseri may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you by email except in an emergency. If Luseri were to shut down, you would be told at least 30 days before.

Changes

If these terms change, you will be told by email at least 15 days before. Using Luseri after that means you accept them; otherwise, you can delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, we first look for an amicable solution by email; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.

The dashboard is in French. This English version is a translation for convenience: if it differs from the French version, the French version applies.
