What's new in Luseri
What changes in Luseri, the dashboard for Shopify app developers: every new feature, dated the day it went live.
When will Shopify pay you? A payout date calculator
- At the top of the Shopify Partner payouts guide, pick a subscription, a one-time purchase or an earning already counted, and a day: the calculator gives the latest date Shopify pays it out, following Shopify's published schedule. It runs in your browser.
- Two new guides for app developers: Shopify Partner payouts and fake reviews on the Shopify App Store.
Connecting your app, after Shopify's change of October 27
- The connection guide now creates the Partner API client where Shopify moved it: in the Dev Dashboard, under Organization settings, then Users, then Security.
- Pasting your app's address from the Dev Dashboard now explains what to do: its organization ID isn't the one the Partner API expects, so copy the address of the same app in the Partner Dashboard (partners.shopify.com).
A free App Store listing audit, and a direct link to the demo
- Paste your listing address in the listing guide: you get a score out of 100 and what to fix first, from the name to the replies to your latest reviews, with no sign-up.
- Share the result: the link reopens the audit of that app, with a message ready for X.
- The demo now opens from its own address, without a click: luseri.com/en/demo.
Founding members, and the planned prices
- Accounts created before paid plans launch are founding members: Luseri stays free for life for them, and their AI assistant has no question limit for normal use. Your plan shows in your settings.
- The planned paid plans are now public, per app and per month, by your app's monthly recurring revenue: $14.99 up to $2,000, $29.99 up to $10,000, $69.99 above. They will be announced by email at least 30 days before they launch.
Emails canceled on Resend
- When Luseri can't cancel an email already handed to Resend, cancel it on the Resend website, then click "I canceled it on Resend": it shows as canceled in Latest emails.
Email sequences for your merchants
- One moment can now start several emails, each with its own delay, up to 30 days: during a free trial, one email after 5 days, then another after 10. An email sent a day or more into a trial only goes out if the store is still on its trial.
- A scheduled email can be canceled from Latest emails, up to 12 hours before it goes out. It won't be scheduled again.
- Scheduled emails now stay with Luseri until 12 hours before they go out: those that no longer apply (a store that subscribed before its trial email) are canceled, even with a Resend key limited to sending.
What each site's visitors do on your listing
- Acquisition: for each site that sends visitors to your App Store listing, the clicks on the install button, the installs and the bounce rate (visits that leave without doing anything), with Google Analytics connected.
- The assistant reads a fuller summary of your numbers: your listing next to your competitors', the trend of your tracked keywords, the reviews still waiting for a reply and where your visitors come from.
Know when a merchant replies
- Replies to your automatic emails: your mailbox forwards a copy to Luseri, which lets you know in the dashboard, with a button to open your mailbox and answer from there. The text of replies is never kept.
Emails to your merchants, and new competitor and review tools
- Competitors: Built for Shopify badge, trial length and rank change over four weeks. Reviews: a reply suggested by the assistant, for you to check and post yourself. Keywords: search ideas to track, drawn from your visits and your competitors' listings, and a link to the Shopify forum discussions for each tracked search.
- Automatic emails to your merchants: on install, uninstall, trial start, first payment or plan stop. Each email has its own delay, goes out only within your sending hours, and is sent from your own Resend account, in your name.
- Click a number (installs, uninstalls, subscribers, monthly revenue, plans) to see the stores behind it; each store opens its details, from events, reviews and search too.
- A read-only MCP server: create a personal token in the settings, and Claude, Cursor, VS Code or another AI assistant reads your apps' numbers and answers where you work. How to connect it.
- Luseri now publishes its own count of the apps in the Shopify App Store, read every day from the store's public sitemap, with every reading in a CSV file. See the count.
- The dashboard is easier to read: larger text, the whole menu on a laptop screen, and big numbers that are never cut.
- Reviews: once a week, every review is read again, so a late reply shows up, and a review Shopify removed leaves the list, with the drop on the curve on the day it was seen.
- Competitors are ranked in your listing's main category, and the entry price only counts monthly prices. The tracking key can be replaced from the settings.
- Uninstalls: store closures, scheduled ones included, have their own reason, and the merchant's comment shows after the reason. Trial conversion, abandoned trials and subscribers who cancel are counted one by one instead of estimated.
Daily keyword rankings
- Choose up to 20 keywords: the App Store search results are read once a day, and the Keywords page shows your position and that of up to six competitors among the first 192 results, in the App Store language you pick for each keyword, ads left out.
- Each keyword shows your position today, yesterday and 7, 30 and 90 days ago, a chart against the best-ranked competitors, and a question ready to send to the assistant.
- Payouts can be read without the « View financials » permission, through the earning events of the Partner API.
- Linking a Google Analytics property now asks you to prove it is yours, with a code added to its name.
- Three free calculators in the guides: Shopify revenue share, churn and lifetime value and App Store ads.
Clearer uninstall reasons
- Answers given with « Other (please specify) » now join « Other reason », and « No longer using the app » has its proper name, in English and in French.
The AI assistant
- The Assistant page answers your questions from your app's own numbers and suggests what to do next. It runs on Claude Haiku 5.5, by Anthropic, with 40 questions a day per account.
The dashboard in English
- The whole dashboard, its emails and its messages in English, at /en/app; each account keeps its language.
- Every weekly report and alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Guides and comparisons for Shopify app developers, in English and in French.
The name Luseri
- The product takes the name Luseri, at luseri.com, with a new homepage and a demo you can open without an account.
Installs per search, and uninstall comments translated
- Installs confirmed by Google Analytics are tied to the App Store search that brought each visit.
- The Acquisition page splits visits by App Store page (search, ads, categories and others), then shows the outside sites that send visitors.
- What merchants write when they uninstall is translated automatically, with its original language shown.
The searches that bring merchants
- The App Store searches that bring visitors to your listing, read from your Google Analytics: views, Install clicks and your position at the click, by country and by language, with a CSV export.
- A log of changes to your listing and to your competitors' (name, plans, categories), compared from one day to the next.
Emails and listing visitors
- A weekly report by email every Monday, and an alert when uninstalls rise sharply.
- Your listing's visitors, read from your Google Analytics with read-only access, on the Acquisition page.
In-app tracking
- Optional tracking of what merchants do in your app, with a few lines of code; amounts in your plans' and your payouts' own currencies; account deletion from the settings.
The first version
- Revenue, retention, merchants, metrics, reviews, daily category rank and up to six competitors, from a Shopify Partner account and an App Store listing.
