Cruxify vs Luseri

Cruxify is a revenue dashboard for Shopify Partners who run one app or several: MRR, churn, trials, payouts and a timeline for each store, with a funnel from your App Store listing to paid subscriptions read from Google Analytics. It is free up to 2,500 dollars of MRR, and a read-only demo shows the whole dashboard. Its site mentions no App Store rankings and no AI features. Luseri covers revenue and listing traffic too, and adds rankings, keywords, competitors and an assistant that answers from your numbers. Here is what each does, as described on their sites and in Cruxify's demo on October 21, 2026.

Where Cruxify is stronger

  • A full price list known in advance, set by the MRR you track across all your apps: free up to 2,500 dollars, then 39, 79, 149 or 399 dollars a month, with every feature on every plan. Its refund policy adds a 7-day grace period when you pass the free ceiling, and refunds your first payment in full if you ask within 14 days. Luseri is free for now and has not published paid plans.
  • Payouts: every payout Shopify has made you, the date and amount of the next one, and an estimate for the period still open (what is already collected, renewals due, usage charges not yet billed), across every app, theme and service in your Partner account.
  • A finer read of listing traffic: views and install clicks by App Store surface (search, ads, home page, categories, collections), by search term, by outside source such as Google, by country and by device, organic search against paid search, and App Store ad clicks, in one funnel that runs to paid subscriptions.
  • Trials: each active trial with its value and expected conversion date, and the MRR they could add.
  • Slack: rules that post your apps' events and a daily report to your workspace.
  • Work as a team: five roles, among them a Developer role and a Sales role without access to MRR or payout reports, a journal of dated notes per app, custom fields on each store, CSV exports and a display currency of your choice.
  • Fresher data: your Partner data syncs in the background through the day, about every minute according to its demo, where Luseri updates once a day.
  • A product built for portfolios: every public app in your Partner account rolls up into one MRR, with filters by app and by date.

Where Luseri differs

  • Your App Store listing is in the dashboard: your position on up to 20 keywords you choose, and the position of the apps you watch, read every day among the first 192 App Store search results, your category rank recorded daily, reviews and rating over a year, up to six competitors side by side (rating, reviews, entry price, rank and its change over four weeks, Built for Shopify badge, trial length) and a log of changes to your listing and theirs. Cruxify lists recent reviews, and its site mentions no rankings, keywords or competitors.
  • An AI assistant answers your questions from your own numbers and suggests what to do next, in English or in French. It runs on Claude, a model made by Anthropic, and you do not need an API key of your own. Cruxify's site and demo mention no AI feature.
  • Retention is read by install cohort, next to the reasons merchants give Shopify when they uninstall. Cruxify shows churn rates and their trend; its demo has no cohort table.
  • The App Store searches that brought each visit come with the position your app held, by country and by language, read from your Google Analytics 4 with viewer access and without custom dimensions to create. Cruxify lists search terms with their views, install clicks and click rate, without your position, and its setup asks for two custom dimensions in Google Analytics.
  • Your Partner API client only needs the "Manage apps" permission, as the Partner API guide explains. "View financials" stays optional, for apps that sell annual plans. Cruxify asks for both, and "View financials" also allows two writes: cancelling a merchant's subscription and giving a store a credit. Cruxify says it does not modify your Partner account.
  • A weekly report and an alert when uninstalls rise sharply arrive by email, and optional in-app tracking adds a health score for each store. Cruxify sends its notifications to Slack.
  • The site, the guides and the dashboard are in English and in French. Cruxify's are in English.
  • A read-only MCP server opens your numbers to your own AI assistant (Claude, Cursor, VS Code or another) with a personal token. Cruxify's site does not mention MCP access.

Which one to choose

Choose Cruxify if you run several apps and want your payouts forecast, a detailed funnel from listing views to paid subscriptions, Slack alerts and team roles, with data refreshed through the day. Choose Luseri if you want your App Store rankings, keywords and competitors next to your revenue, retention by install cohort, an assistant that answers from your numbers, or a dashboard in French. Both read your Partner account without changing it, so you can try them side by side. Other tools are compared in the overview of Shopify app analytics tools.

Questions

Is Cruxify free?
Yes, up to 2,500 dollars of tracked MRR across all your apps, with every feature and no card, according to its site on October 21, 2026. Above that, Starter costs 39 dollars a month up to 10,000 dollars of MRR, Growth 79 up to 50,000, Scale 149 up to 250,000, and Enterprise 399 beyond. Its demo says plans follow your average tracked MRR over 30 days. Its refund policy gives a 7-day grace period once you pass the free ceiling, and refunds your first payment in full if you ask within 14 days.
Is Luseri free?
Luseri is free for now, while it welcomes its first users. Its terms say that if it becomes paid, you will be told by email at least 30 days before, and nothing will be charged without your consent.
Can I try Cruxify without connecting my account?
Yes. A read-only demo at app.cruxify.io/demo opens a workspace with three sample apps: home page, customers, reports, payouts, trials, uninstalls, reviews and settings. Luseri also has a demo with example data, opened from its home page.
Does Cruxify track App Store rankings or keywords?
No, according to its site and its demo on October 21, 2026: its App Store data is a list of recent reviews of your apps, and it mentions no rankings, keywords or competitors. Its funnel does list the searches merchants made before viewing your listing, read from Google Analytics, with their views and install clicks. Luseri follows your position on up to 20 keywords you choose, and the position of the apps you watch, read every day among the first 192 App Store search results.
Does Cruxify use AI?
Its site and its demo mention no AI feature and no MCP access on October 21, 2026. Luseri has an assistant in the dashboard that answers questions from your app's numbers (revenue, merchants, retention, uninstall reasons, reviews, rank, competitors, listing traffic) and suggests what to do next. It runs on Claude, by Anthropic, and you do not need an API key of your own. It also has a read-only MCP server, so your own AI assistant can read the same numbers with a personal token.
Does Cruxify need BigQuery?
Not for its funnel. It reads your listing's Google Analytics 4 property through Google's Analytics Data API, once you have added the measurement ID and an API secret on your listing and created two custom dimensions in Google Analytics (surface_type and surface_detail) for traffic sources and search terms. Its funnel page says installs per source need BigQuery. Luseri reads Google Analytics 4 directly, with viewer access, and finds search terms and positions in the page addresses, without custom dimensions.
Who is behind Cruxify?
Its site does not name the company or the people behind it on October 21, 2026: it gives a support address, support@cruxify.io, and a contact form. Cruxify sponsored issue 32 of the Shopify App Founders Edition newsletter, published on July 8, 2026, which presented it to teams that relied on Mantle's analytics.
Can I use both at the same time?
Yes. Both read your Shopify Partner account through an API client you create, without changing anything in it. Cruxify asks for the Manage apps and View financials permissions; Luseri needs Manage apps alone.
