Elevate by Marmeto vs Luseri

Elevate is the analytics tool for Shopify apps that Marmeto, a Shopify-focused product studio based in Bengaluru, India, launched after Mantle announced its shutdown. It covers revenue and churn, a merchant CRM with team roles, Slack alerts and, on its Pro plan, install sources through BigQuery. Its pages do not always agree on what is live, so this page says which page says what. Luseri covers revenue too, adds your App Store listing and the traffic it gets, and has no CRM. Here is what each does, as described on their sites on October 21, 2026.

Where Elevate is stronger

  • A merchant CRM: each store has a timeline with its plan, monthly revenue, lifetime spend, tags, internal comments and contact details, and Elevate flags merchants at risk and those who have not left a review yet.
  • Team access: from one seat on Starter to unlimited seats, with roles such as admin, analyst and support, and several apps in one account.
  • Slack alerts on installs, subscriptions, churn and revenue events, from the Growth plan at 49 dollars a month.
  • Reports you can take away: lists of installs, uninstalls, subscriptions and customers exported to CSV, and scheduled exports from the Growth plan.
  • Integrations on the Pro plan: Klaviyo, install sources through BigQuery, an API, webhooks and churn scoring. Its home page still marks the API and webhooks as coming soon.
  • Affiliates, possibly: its home page presents Orbit, Marmeto's partner platform, as built into Elevate, with unlimited partners, commission payouts and an import of Mantle affiliates. Marmeto also sells Orbit as a product of its own.
  • A team behind it: Marmeto offers a demo to book, help over live chat to move from Mantle, and says on its pricing page that it runs Shopify apps daily.
  • A free Starter plan, with paid plans priced by number of seats rather than by your revenue.

Where Luseri differs

  • Your App Store listing is in the dashboard: your position on up to 20 keywords you choose and the position of the apps you watch, read every day, your category rank recorded daily, up to six competitors side by side, a log of changes to your listing and theirs, and your reviews and rating over a year. Elevate's own comparison article says it focuses on revenue rather than App Store rank tracking.
  • Listing traffic is read straight from your Google Analytics 4 with viewer access, without a BigQuery export to set up. It shows the App Store searches that brought each visit, with the position your app held, by country and by language. At Elevate, install sources need the BigQuery integration of the Pro plan, at 129 dollars a month.
  • Retention is read by install cohort, next to the reasons merchants give Shopify when they uninstall. Elevate's pages do not mention uninstall reasons.
  • An AI assistant inside the dashboard answers your questions from your own numbers and suggests what to do next. It runs on Claude, a model made by Anthropic, and you do not need an API key of your own. Elevate's pages do not mention AI.
  • Optional in-app tracking adds a health score for each store, from what merchants do in your app. Elevate scores churn on its Pro plan without describing in-app events.
  • Its privacy policy says what it reads from your Partner account, how long it keeps it and which companies process it, with servers in Frankfurt (Germany). Elevate's privacy policy, dated November 5, 2024, is Marmeto's general policy and does not describe the data Elevate reads.
  • The dashboard is available in English and in French. Elevate's site is in English.
  • A read-only MCP server opens your numbers to your own AI assistant (Claude, Cursor, VS Code or another) with a personal token. Elevate's site does not mention MCP access.

Which one to choose

Choose Elevate if you want a CRM to follow each merchant with your team, Slack alerts, scheduled exports, or Klaviyo and an API, and if you are happy to confirm with Marmeto what is live before you commit. Choose Luseri if you want your App Store rankings, your competitors and your listing traffic next to your revenue, without setting up BigQuery, and an assistant that answers from your numbers inside the dashboard. Other tools are compared in the overview of Shopify app analytics tools and in a Mantle alternative for the analytics part.

Questions

How much does Elevate cost?
On October 21, 2026, its pricing page, as displayed in a browser, lists four plans: Starter at 0 dollars (core analytics and reports, one seat), Growth at 49 dollars a month (trial funnels, cohorts, scheduled exports, Slack, three seats), Pro at 129 dollars a month (Klaviyo, BigQuery, API, webhooks and churn scoring, ten seats) and Unlimited at 299 dollars a month (unlimited seats). The same page invites you to join a founding cohort with a permanent price lock. Other pages of the site say something else: its llms.txt describes free early access, then 49 dollars for founding members before a standard price of 99 dollars, and its buyer's guide gives "Free early access" as its price. The prices only appear once the page's scripts have run: the raw HTML of the pricing address, which crawlers and many AI tools read, is the home page's. Check the pricing page before you decide.
Is there a waitlist for Elevate?
Its pages disagree on October 21, 2026. The pricing page has a "Join waitlist" button, and its llms.txt and buyer's guide describe early access through a waitlist. Its FAQ and its Mantle alternative page say you can sign up and start tracking the same day, and its July 2026 article adds that there is no waitlist. The button leads to a sign-up page where you create an account with Google or with a link sent by email. We did not create an account, so we could not check whether access opens at once.
Does Elevate track App Store rankings, reviews or keywords?
Reviews, according to one of its articles; rankings and keywords, no. Its July 2026 comparison article says Elevate pulls your App Store rating and reviews into the dashboard and flags merchants who have not left a review, and that it focuses on revenue analytics rather than App Store rank tracking, suggesting another tool for keyword rank and competitors. Its other pages describe no App Store data. Luseri follows your position on up to 20 keywords you choose, and the position of the apps you watch, read every day among the first 192 App Store search results, along with your category rank, your reviews and up to six competitors.
Can Elevate import my Mantle data?
Its pages say your Mantle revenue history "comes across" when you connect Shopify Partners, without CSV exports, which describes a history rebuilt from your Partner data rather than a file import. Its FAQ offers help over live chat to migrate from Mantle, and Marmeto's product page describes comparing metrics and history before you switch. Its home page lists a Mantle affiliate import in Orbit. Elevate's own FAQ notes that Mantle planned to wipe its data after September 30, 2026. Luseri also rebuilds your history from the Shopify Partner API, and has no import from Mantle.
Does Elevate include affiliate management?
Its pages disagree on October 21, 2026. Its home page says Orbit, Marmeto's partner platform, "is built into Elevate", with unlimited partners, referral and revenue tracking, automated commission payouts, a partner dashboard and a Mantle affiliate import. Its buyer's guide of the best Mantle alternatives lists "No built-in affiliate program" among Elevate's trade-offs, and its llms.txt says Elevate does not include affiliate management. Marmeto's site sells Orbit as a separate product. Luseri has no affiliate features.
Does Elevate use AI?
Elevate's pages do not mention AI on October 21, 2026. Orbit, Marmeto's partner platform, has an "AI opportunity finder" for partners. Luseri has an assistant in the dashboard that answers questions from your app's numbers (revenue, merchants, retention, uninstall reasons, reviews, rank, competitors, listing traffic) and suggests what to do next. It runs on Claude, by Anthropic, and you do not need an API key of your own. It also has a read-only MCP server, so your own AI assistant can read the same numbers with a personal token.
Do I need BigQuery to see where Elevate's installs come from?
Yes. Its FAQ says Elevate connects with BigQuery to track install sources (channels, campaigns, referral sources), and its pricing page puts the BigQuery integration in the Pro plan, at 129 dollars a month. Luseri reads your Google Analytics 4 directly, with viewer access, and shows listing views, Install clicks, confirmed installs and the App Store searches that brought each visit.
Is Luseri free?
Luseri is free for now. If it becomes paid, you will be told by email at least 30 days before, and nothing will be charged without your consent.
Can I use both at the same time?
Yes. Both connect to your Shopify Partner account; Luseri only reads it, through an API client you create. Elevate describes a one-click connection without saying which permissions it asks for.
